• We All Complain About a Do Nothing Congress
• what about a do nothing Generation
• of urinators and defecators, with nothing
• of substance in the midst, but bliss
• resulting in the stench of the debris of hubris
• what is the best thing you bequeath
• your progeny, money, house, car
• without, an education, you won’t get far
• jewelry, land, no, you leave a plan
• all of those come with a cost, of being lost
• and difficult to maintain
• but that’s Life, ebb and flow
• hard to come, easy to go
• nothing, no one stays on top all of the time
• the plan’s purpose, the past to remind,
• the present, to be on time
• the future, a sign, towards
• Ownership, navigating forwards
• so let’s not be hypocrites
• about what others are not doing
• when our inactivity is ruining
• our Children’s future
• pointing fingers, hide neglect
• excuses, only deflect
• from what we should be doing

• of how we did and meant our best,
• to deceive, that we had their interests

• I Went to The New Old Folks Home Today
• I saw them, pushed around, running, walking, 
• out at play, as usual, they were yelling, talking
• taking their medication, suffering from diabetes
• heart attacks, attention deficits, hypertension, obesity
• all of these little, old people, remembering the Golden Rule
• and the Hippocratic Oath, noticing, I was at, an Elementary School…R.D.Revilo

• They’re Dead Now, won’t get involved
• Leaving them on the Young to resolve
• Cowardice, cowering before austerity

• This is our Purpose, instead, we’ve left an open wound
• no needle, no thread of unity, no sutures
• no Ideas upon to build tomorrow, no plan
