  1. When the individual cures their own crisis of faith, our ability of clarity comes back in ourselves. Then it becomes our own doctrine.

  2. I feel it doesn’t matter what people choose to believe in, or what form and shape it takes, tangible or not… What matters is how it manifests… do people become non judgmental.. free from anger… carry peace within… Have a straw Dr Doctrine, or have it Gold, or have it any way you like, give it any name, or have none at all… but can one LIVE it? How is one’s mind? Flexible? Open to growth from others and experiences? Able to see another point without prejudice and jumping to fight? Still all in the Mind, the Spirit of US. This is when we stop arguing with Doctrine and simply live.

Ethics are stronger than beliefs. They are the starting point.

    • oh, yes, there is a parable where man supposedly cripple is lying on this bed and Jesus merely tells him to get up, walk…and he does…this is what ‘doctrine is doing to most minds…they are brilliant if people would only use them…but alas, they would rather lay upon the bed of doctrine and not walk (think)…peace

      • Well… people get attached to the Form (Doctrine) and forgetting the Essence (Principle)… this is shallow wave surfing. I wonder at which point the Mind opens up and begins to see a bigger picture… that the Form does not make the Truth…. then we can begin to walk. See… even this parable can be taken literally, when it is anything, but…

Are you experimenting with ads or something?

    • I often tell my students that orthopraxy trumps orthodoxy – you don’t have to tell me what you “believe” – I can pretty much what you believe by how you live.
